i bought it pre-owned from gamestop and im just wondering if i can still acess the beta when it comes out with the pre owned game.|||I would say yes, you do need the online pass to access the Battlefield 3 beta.
This is what the Battlefield 3 beta invitation says in fine print:

Visit www.ea.com/beta for details, including availability."|||depends if code has been used already. you may be able to renew the code, but yes you do need the pass for the beta|||Idk
