IT's been announced that you still need the disc to play the beta.|||The beta will be released on the 27th of september|||The beta will be released on 9/27 for early access (but only 2 days before everyone gets in on 9/29). It will be a download, so you don't need to still own the game to get in. You will get an email with the download code for your chosen platform, you download it, and you're good to go. The email should come soon, but probably closer to the start date (probably around 9/25 or 9/26).
