What time does Battlefield 3 Beta come out today?

I need an exact time. People say at 8 or 9 but I checked and still nothing. Also Id like the time in EST.|||Its out now.|||Should be out by midday hopefully.|||I think it will be coming out this afternoon 2-3 PM EST for PS3, it's already out for PC and xbox.|||It should be out now.
