How do I get in the early Battlefield 3 Beta?

I have a limited edition game disc of Medal of Honor for Xbox 360, but only the disc, no papers or instructions or anything. How do I get in the beta?|||i dunno i bought the game brand new and singed up and i still havent recived my code
