What time does the battlefield 3 beta come out for eastern time?

I live in FL so does it come out at 12am or 3am pacific time?|||It won't be out until the playstation store updates, which is around 6:00pm eastern time.|||It comes out whenever they push it to the servers - that could be 3am, could be 8am. No one really knows.
